Hiking Tour includes:
· 4x4 car with driver, hiking guide, water and refreshments, digital souvenir photos, fort / museum entrance fees and meals as per program.
Child policy:
The minimum age on our cycling tours is 14 years of age as we do not have child bikes. For the hiking tours we leave the decision to the parents as long as their children can meet the skill and fitness requirements. Any person below the age of 18 must be travelling with a parent at all times.
Publicity:
Bike and Hike Oman may use images taken during your tour without recourse and compensation to you, for publicity and promotion purposes only through whatever medium it chooses.
Insurance:
All participants are required to have valid travel medical insurance. We consider it essential to be well insured before embarking on any kind of holiday. In arranging your own insurance you must ensure that the policy you arrange provides cover for the activities that you have elected to do as some policies exclude what they deem to be 'extreme' sports, and often mountain biking or hiking falls into that category!
Liability:
We do not accept liability for changes to the tour program which are caused by force majeure, government measures, and lateness of third parties. No claim for liability can be made if negligence on your part makes the performance of a service impossible.
Our activities require you to be medically fit to take part.
Should you have any medical condition that might affect your ability to take part in an activity you wish to book with us, you must inform us immediately.
Due to the nature of our active tours you must be sure that you can meet the fitness and skill requirements of the tour you have chosen to take part in!
Your participation in some activities may be refused or the activity canceled any time by the tour guide if you cannot meet the requirements needed to safely finish the tour with no right of refund.
Should you be a potential danger to yourself, other people or property - such cases may include, but are not limited to, drunkenness, abusive and / or aggressive behavior - or not comply with the laws, customs, drug regulations of all places visited you may be refused or the activity canceled any time by the tour guide with no right of refund.
Cycling and hiking tours are active holidays and you practice your sport at your own risk. In no case do we accept liability for accidents and bodily injuries which result from the exercise of the sport of cycling or hiking, this also applying when you are travelling with a tour guide. You yourself are responsible for adhering to the traffic regulations, as well as when you are travelling in a group. During cycling activities helmets must be worn at all times.
Governing Law:
This contract and all matters arising from it are subject the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and Oman courts only will have jurisdiction over any dispute under this contract.
Changes:
Bike and Hike Oman has the right to change any of its activities any time due to Force Majeure, poor road conditions, weather, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond Bike and Hike Oman's control.
Bike and Hike Oman does not accept any responsibility for loss of enjoyment, delays or compensation resulting from those changes.

Bike and Hike Oman has the right to cancel activities due to unfavourable or potentially dangerous weather conditions at any time. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative option or receive a full refund of the paid tour price.

· All rates are inclusive of taxes and service charges.
· The minimum gear for all tours is closed sports shoes, sportive dress and sun protection.
· Any additional charges to be paid by the guest in cash.
· All bookings amended and cancelled should be via mail/fax.
· Bike and Hike will not be liable for any loss or damage to property owned by, or in custody of its guest. Guest is advised to arrange adequate insurance cover.
